Phase I – Concept Creation
Every design journey begins with a careful interpretation of our clients’ vision.
We take time to understand how you live, your routines, priorities and aspirations, alongside the architectural character and setting of the property. This combined understanding establishes a clear and cohesive creative direction.
Design concepts are developed room by room through a combination of mood boards, material schemes and hand-drawn spatial layouts, supported by hand-drawn perspectives where appropriate.
This phase concludes with a comprehensive, face-to-face presentation of the proposed scheme, ensuring a clear and confident foundation for the next stage.
Phase II – Detailed Design
With the overall direction established, the design is developed in detail. We prepare comprehensive room-by-room specifications, ensuring every element sits in harmony within the wider scheme. From the broader spatial arrangement to the smallest material detail, each decision is carefully considered, balancing practicality with a refined and enduring aesthetic.
Our proposals articulate every aspect of the design, including bespoke joinery and furniture drawings, tailored product recommendations and physical samples.
A detailed estimate accompanies this stage, providing clarity on scope and supporting informed decision-making as the project progresses.
Phase III – Procurement & Installation
With the design finalised, we manage the full delivery of the scheme, coordinating procurement, makers, suppliers and contractors through to installation.
Our in-house capabilities allow us to oversee each stage with care, ensuring quality and continuity throughout while drawing on a trusted network of craftspeople and specialist suppliers.
Regular site visits help ensure the scheme is carried through cohesively, maintaining attention to detail as the spaces take shape.
On installation, we coordinate the delivery, placement and final styling of each element, leaving the home feeling complete, considered and ready to be lived in.
